What’s the difference between a B&B and a hotel?

Arrival before check-in time?
You can park your car in the parking lot in front of the main entrance and walk 800 meters to the city center for a drink.

Arrival after 7pm / 19h00?
Follow the instructions in your reservation confirmation email. The reception is closed from 7pm-8am.

Rooms
No rights can be derived from the room allocated to you. We reserve the right to accommodate you in another room or in our cottage if necessary. It goes without saying that we will do everything we can to meet your expectations as much as possible.

Beds
As standard, our rooms are furnished with two single beds in a double configuration. If you prefer separate beds, please inform us upfront.

Reception services
Available between 08:h00-19:h00 (8am-7pm) local time.
Check-in between 16:h00-19:h00 (4pm-7pm).
Check-out before 11:h00 (11am).
Arrival after 7pm? Make sure to read the instructions in your reservation confirmation email.

Pets are not allowed.

Default price per night, based on 2 guests.
If a third bed or crib is required and available we will provide this.
Every individual is considered a guest, this includes babies and small children. Please make sure your reservation matches the number of people staying overnight.

Payment
Full reservation is charged upon arrival at check-in.
Prepayment is required for reservations during Formula 1.
Payment via credit-, debit card or cash. Not all creditcards are supported.
Credit card details submitted to a booking agency will only be charged if payment on site is unsuccessful.

Leisure and activities: A lot of choices

What else does our little paradise have to offer? A playground, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table and a garden with terrace and deck chairs. Entertainment and relaxation guaranteed, with a refreshing drink in between. Upstairs, various board games are waiting for you. And not to forget: our comfortable lounge.

In the basement you will find our wellness area with sauna. For wellness you’ll need to make a separate reservation.

Sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves here: there are 8 tennis courts nearby, 6 km away is the ‘Royal Golf Club‘. If you are looking for action, you can skydive nearby or parachuting from an airplane. Or go–karting on the Francorchamps circuit. But we also have some quieter activities on offer for you: the Thermal Baths of Spa, the municipal swimming pool (outdoor and indoor pool), pedal boats on Lake Warfaaz, horseback riding in one of the three riding schools, hiking in the High Fens. And in winter you can learn to ski on the modest ski slope of Spa. Or visit the Formula 1 race track of Francorchamps.
